It seemed just about everything that could happen did. But, from the book of "The Glass is Half Full", we reckon it just helps to build character. We can only imagine what 2012 will bring.

We've had an absolute bumper year, doubling our staff to keep up with demand. And as you can probably tell from this very "last minute" update, it's sure keeping everyone in the office busy.
