Nova Nursing is a nursing agency with a bit of a difference. Sure, we claim to have the best staff (just like everyone else), but we focus really on two things - passion and keeping it simple.

We like doing what we’re doing and we have fun when we’re doing it. Stress is at the bottom of our to-do list so we’ll try and help you get it at the bottom of yours as well.

We’re also not too keen on complicating things so we try to make things really simple and that starts with the way we charge. You’ve got enough on your plate. You don’t want to deal with complicated rates to try and fit in with your budget.

Why not have one hourly rate for caregivers and one for registered nurses? We think there's really is no point in having a weekend night rate, weekend day rate, weekday night rate...the list goes on. Sure, that will allow us to make some more money, but if we wanted to make money we'd have lawyers! (No offense to the lawyers of course)

We not only have staff that can fill your temporary shifts, but we even have nurse managers that can cover when your permanent manager goes on leave.
