Nursing ServicesNova Nursing is a nursing agency, so we can offer you temporary nurses to fill your shifts on a casual basis. Although we also offer caregivers to help you out when you need, we know there is a shortage of nurses and we've taken it upon ourselves to make sure we have a large number of highly trained nurses on hand to fill your shifts. We also have a large number of nurses who have been managers of their respective complexes before working with us meaning we can also help you fill your manager's positions when things like holidays and parental leave come up.We can also provide longer, more extended placements for you, for example for 3 months. We can do this any where in New Zealand. So if you have old staff leaving and new staff coming but there's a gap, we can help you fill it so your complex continues to run smoothly. Support is our number one priority. Not only support for our clients but also support for our nurses and caregivers. We stand by our team and believe they are some of the best caregivers and nurses in the country. That isn't a marketing statement - it's our livelihood. |
