What can I expect?

It's the little things that make a difference....

It’s important to us that you and your family are able to build a good relationship with our team members. This is hard if you are provided with a different person every day. So, we make every effort to try and provide you with the same nurse or carer where possible.

All Nova Palliative Care nurses and carers complete a special education course and receive regular updates in caring for palliative care clients. This gives them the knowledge and skills to assist you and your family.

All our Nova Palliative Care team members will show their identity card and wear a uniform for your reassurance.
